If a villa is still available, upon your request we can e-mail you our reservation form and can put a tentative hold on the arrival and departure dates you request for up to 48 hours while you confirm final plans. You would then fill out the reservation form and fax it back to us within these 48 hours. At that time, we can extend the hold on the dates you request for another 24 hours pending arrangements for the delivery of the initial payment.
The initial payment is equal to 50% of the rental fee. This payment confirms your reservation and is non-refundable. The remaining 50% of the rental and the refundable $300.00 security deposit is due upon arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are 100% due at the time of the reservation.
After faxing the reservation form to us, please make a copy of the form for your records.
We can also send you the form as an attachment in your favorite word processing format upon request.
Your initial deposit can be made according to any of the payment options listed on the reservation form. For advance reservations, we do accept personal and business checks as well as cashiers checks, or bank wire transfers. We also process major credit card payments through our payment gateway; Authorize.net
