gates of Casa Colonial you will notice the beauty of our lush, tropical garden
which extends past the villas and surrounds the pool & Jacuzzi.
After your long journey, trade in those hot threads for a cool swim
suit! Go ahead and pamper yourself; have our concierge arrange for a massage or dive into the pool. You
are on vacation and deserve to indulge your senses.
Casa Colonial has also dedicated an outdoor shower, dive rinse tank and
rack area especially for our diving and snorkeling guests. Enjoy the feel of a
pressurized water shower after a day in the sea. Rinse off your gear,
relax or head for the pool! In fact it is one of the largest pools of
any vacation rental on Cozumel.

and details of the hand painted Mexican tiles we used to finish the
outdoor shower and seating area.
Casa Colonial is diver friendly and we can cater to your specific needs
based on 23 years of experience with SCUBA diving our reef system.
A long day of diving can also build up an appetite. Stoke up the
barbecue grill and cook your favorite meals while lounging around pool
side, or relaxing in one of our hammocks! These are just some of the
